Does 403 Forbidden mean I'm blocked?

We have a 403 error on our home page, it says 'Forbidden'.

We don't know if this is because we are blocked by Yahoo! or what.

It's a very simple site and just has a few basic pages. The only real rule on the site is that if the user gets to the end of the page they get logged out.
