Hey @activecampaign I am getting errors when I try and add an email. Can you have active campaign send affiliate payments for me? I signed up on your affiliate program in July. Did not receive payment. Tried again, no payment received. Contacted the activecampaign representative today and they said this is common and to contact you so this is still waiting on the part of active campaign that will pay me. Is it typical to get no credit for the product sales and then wait for payment, and does active campaign usually pay a higher percentage as many online retailers do. And they tell me I will get paid for other products but never seem to get anything else

I have no affiliation with active campaign. I have no knowledge of what happens in their program, beyond my own experience in which they did pay me every month in May and June. I think the rep I was dealing with (he quit right after July 30), may have gotten me off to the wrong start - ie, he didn't give me what should have been my first commission payout.

I don't see why you would be upset about him no longer being around. Just wanted to clarify that the person, or persons at the active campaign affiliate site, who sent your last PM was a member of staff at the company, not the owner. I believe your rep sent you the original payout (which you claim came via PayPal), and not the final pay out.
