Does Nestea have antioxidants?
Yes, the Nestea brand of tea actually has antioxidants and other beneficial compounds.
How do they work? Nestea's antioxidants work on a variety of levels: They increase energy metabolism and aid in the healing of cell damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals can cause many health problems, including a higher risk of cancer.
How do they help my skin? The antioxidants in Nestea may help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well as increase collagen and elastin production in the skin. These chemicals work similarly to vitamins C and E, so you can get the benefits from drinking a cup of Nestea daily, even if you don't have any other dietary supplements.
Is there a difference between Nestea and other brands of tea? Nestea is the only brand that contains antioxidants. The other brands of tea only contain flavonoids, which are found in fruits and vegetables.
Why do we need antioxidants? Nestea provides powerful antioxidants to protect against free radicals in the body, which can damage cells and cause premature aging. Free radicals are a type of oxygen molecule that is not bound to a cell and is not part of an organism's structure. These molecules may contribute to the formation of cancer, heart disease, or other chronic conditions.
Nestea's antioxidant compounds are made from green tea and include polyphenols and anthocyanins. Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants that can destroy free radicals. Anthocyanins are a type of flavonoid that may also reduce inflammation. Other antioxidants, such as caffeine, may also help to protect against free radicals.
Other Health Benefits. What else does Nestea do for my health? Nestea provides many other health benefits, including improved memory, reduced stress, and increased immunity. The antioxidants in Nestea can help to improve the health of your immune system and brain.
Nestea can also provide a boost to your mental well-being and physical energy levels. The caffeine in Nestea is the same as in coffee. Some people may find that drinking coffee boosts their energy levels more than Nestea, while others find that Nestea provides a more steady and sustained energy boost.
What can I drink with my Nestea? Nestea is best enjoyed when you're thirsty.
