How do I connect to PIA?

The simplest way to connect to the PIA is to add an OpenVPN tap into the network.

The advantage of this is that it is as transparent as possible.

The OpenVPN tap will act exactly as a local network and thus, the connection to the VPN will not be visible at all to the rest of the network. You could also configure the network to add your VPN connection (but as soon as you reboot, your VPN configuration would be lost). But this won't allow you to use the VPN only when it's needed.

How do I recover my PIA account?

My PIA account was stolen and I would like to recover it.

I have registered my PIA ID and the details (ie email address) are also registered on the "Lost ID" page of the portal but for some reason PIA failed to retrieve the account, not sure whether that is because of password recovery, or has the email account/my id been hijacked. I have a recovery code from PIA, which I can use, but will that work? Where is my stolen money
