How do I install ExpressVPN on my LG smart TV?

I need to connect an LG smart TV running Android Lollipop (with a custom ROM) to my router with Ethernet Cable (and no WiFi adapters included). I need only this specific device, no other device from this manufacturer or any brand.

When I'm connected to the router and do a "ping 127.0.1" then I get this:

When I download a file from the internet then I get all these numbers. There should be more numbers if it's the Internet but there are only two. (There is no WiFi adapter inside of the TV set.)

As the device you connect to have now a local IP-address, then you are able to ping 127. To change the DNS server to Google DNS IP you need to edit your LAN settings in Google Network options (as I said you shouldn't have WiFi adapters in a TV).
