I'm trying to use Netflix and spotify from work but I keep having problems with my office setting me as a proxy that makes both spotify and netflix keep freezing and I have to reset in order to have my wireless network connect again . How do I turn this off ? What are your experiences with Spotify on mobile? I am a Windows 8 Mobile user, however, since I have been having more and more trouble recently playing music stored on my iPhone. Spotify does not play anything on Windows Phone what a way to be locked out of your own music library! I have an iPhone, and I need how do I turn off proxy on Spotify Iphone! If this works for you then try logging out of all your apps, logout of everything and reenter your wifi information at each app that is causing issues. If you don't get internet at these points it could mean your device isn't recognizing your home wifi.

It could also be an iCloud update, an update from another apple app. What I would suggest is deleting and downloading the spotify app from the app store.

To see what the issue is. Turn off all 3rd party proxies and try testing again (you said that you are behind a router).
