MONSTERS, INC. Monsters, Inc. Is a movie where the world's most famous monsters are put to work. Is a very smart and original movie, and its sequel Monsters University will be even better. The world of monsters is made real for us as they are shown working in a factory, making toys, and working in a high school, where they teach students about chemistry. We get to see how they work and what they do in the day-to-day life of the monsters. For example, Mike and Sulley work as fire marshals at Monsters University.

While all the main characters were likable, particularly Shannon, the star, Shannon made quite an impression. While she was funny, you felt she could have a real, human career as a comedian. While she was in the sitcom, it seemed like a lot of her time on camera was when she was playing someone who was funny.

There was always a moment when Shannon would say something you might normally expect to hear from a woman who's about to hit puberty. A moment when we'd feel like maybe this was where the comedy is coming from and she's not just talking about pop culture.
