Is NCR still in business?
This used to be a very good source of info when we had access to it.
It has a lot of good info up here on the top site but its been down for months at a time. Do you think we will find any reliable info anywhere else? The forums are probably dead because most are leaving for the dark side now that we are under lockdown.
It's still online. I can't get anything from the NCR homepage because when you try to enter NCR, it says there is no data to receive. You can see the archived data, not all of it, but what's on it was great when it was up. It's still accessible if you are willing to sign-in with your username and password. I believe I used to be able to read the latest news as well, which may still exist on their site; but that's all I know about NCR - sorry! Maybe something will come out of the ashes one day and offer even more free info, but for now we have to wait and watch this forum in its current state for any additional info and we'll certainly never ever get access to the main site again, no matter how much we long to - sorry! If anybody can do this and can help it would be appreciated. There will always be a small number of people remaining who do not understand computers - therefore many things must be done themselves, which is why I am thinking of copying everything into word docs and posting on this site - then anyone can do the translation on the site itself as I cannot spend so much time typing everything - I cannot do translations because after many years of working on this, I am dyslexic, but I have learnt that people generally like easy-to-read stuff - so I am thinking of putting everything in word docs and having one person go through it in English and another person going through it in Chinese and translating it on the site - but I cannot get any of the Word files. Does anybody know if this is possible? So here is my dilemma if anybody could give me some ideas I would be so grateful - thank you!

What is the phone number for Aloha POS?
I have an urgent question.
My brother bought the Aloha POS system last week, but they never told him what the phone number is to make any changes or whatever. He already gave us the system password for the software which I downloaded on my own. I do not want to download it again and this time I want someone to call me with the correct phone number. I want a quick and easy answer, thank you! :)
It's free - just ask your service provider. For best results - ensure the device you are using has enough capacity for your needs.
Once your payment is completed, the service is paid for immediately - as soon as your payment has been accepted your support request will be processed. You can go to your orders in customer's centre to track your request.
If you still need to track your order you can use this link: to view the status of your support request. Can I pay my AlohaPOS purchase online? We only accept payments via PayPal (payments from alternative credit cards are not accepted at this time). The order ID you supply when paying for your support is your unique reference to your service request. It will also help us in tracking the progress of your order.
AlohaPOS does not charge additional fees for processing payments. However, you are subject to local banking or credit card transaction fees. These are imposed by our bank's/payment provider's policies and vary greatly from one country to another.
For your order to be processed the total amount due must equal at least USD 5.00 (or equivalent currency). This covers all possible costs such as sales tax, banking, and foreign exchange fee incurred by PayPal.
Can I cancel or modify an order after paying?00 or less you can request a refund via email once your order has been paid for. We do ask you provide the order ID if refund is requested. Once refund has been processed your request is removed from the system.
After the payment process is complete your order is already live with Aloha POS. No further action needed on your part unless you change your mind about upgrading to the more robust AlohaPOS Pro version.
