This question is a bit old and outdated now but you might still get the answer. I'm using a VPN and the Firestick from Amazon, (version 3.8.2) I can't seem to access the Internet or connect my Firestick to Amazon servers. I tried to enter and it couldn't seem to connect. When I try to use a different VPN I'm able to access these pages. When I do have to use a VPN I tried pia and pia-pro and they still wouldn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi, can someone who knows the answer please post. I've just bought the firestick 3.2 and installed the purevpn app to it but I've had no luck on the net as the firestick doesn't seem to be able to connect to the internet, I've tried purevpn and the Amazon firestick app, both keep sending me to amazon.uk but my laptop in front of me is downloading at the normal speed as it should be. I've tried it with 2 different wifi networks and they haven't worked. The firestick also doesn't seem to recognise any other connected devices either.

I have fire stick 3.7. I've found a purevpn app from the play store and when I try and download it or even open it the app starts to download but then freezes up. I've tried using the app to connect to my google connection and again that just freezes. Can anyone suggest anything?

I was wondering if there was a way to set up PureVPN in the same way I have it on my iPhone, so that I could connect to it with my router and through my firewall and VPN?
