How to download apps on school iPad?
By : Anas Alam.
? I am an iPad user since I was 5. I use the iPad since this time and have grown up with Apple products and they are still my favorite. I really enjoy myself with it and when a person says that you don't need an iPhone with me then what, in your mind should I ask him? That the whole world is gone and everyone is busy playing with their iPhone while I carry the whole world with me and if I am busy with my work then why should I carry another device with me other than iPhone? This type of statement or question is common to the teenagers. There are more such questions.
I always wondered why the iOS device was such a powerful device to carry around with no restriction of how much RAM has to be kept aside for other tasks or to use for personal use. In Android world apps can store data locally but these apps can be easily deleted.
The main target users of the Apple devices are people who own smart phones and tablets. The smartness to have all the data stored safely is to have a hard drive for storage and a removable storage of the data. It is impossible and not possible to keep everything in just the iPad. Yes, if you put anything on it then you won't get anything but only 1,500 mb. You can store some files on this but you will only be wasting your time by doing such things because at the end it will all be there and it is just enough for basic work. You don't need all this extra software for downloading apps on school ipad!
I was wondering if you can download any app even while I am at home or in school. Here you can't download apps while you are at home or at school because the school is connected with a restricted web browser.
In real life scenarios that means you cannot use any app or websites so they are restricted to some points of time from 8 AM to 6 PM for browsing and usage and no other web browser such as Google chrome is open or running because no other computer is available and you want to play games then you have to buy an expensive iPhone along with your other expensive items, so what will you gain with having a phone that you will need to give away just for the same purpose! How do you do that?
How to get App Store back on school iPad?
I use an iPad in my office during the school day, and I keep the school version of Keynote locked out, but I really need access to the App Store.
Is there any way to get the app back on there so I can reinstall the app(s) without having to use the jailbreak method? Or do I just have to live with the school version of Keynote I use and love Keynote as I am learning a new language, but it isn't my only app I use, so it is not the best app for me. If I didn't have access to the school WiFi when I am working in the school, I'd be SOL. It seems that most of the other kids in my class that have iPads don't have Keynote so it works well for them. I have a couple of ideas of what will work, but it is a big risk for me.
You could always try the free app 'Lockdown', though I haven't tried it myself. Maybe it has an option to restore? Is there any way to get the app back on there so I can reinstall the app(s) without having to use the jailbreak method? Yeah, unfortunately the school iDevices aren't the same and we can't install any applications at all. We don't have the app store and are only allowed to use one app at a time at school. The closest I have come to using more apps is getting around restrictions and enabling my old profile settings back in iTunes, but I would still need Keynote

The closest I have come to using more apps is getting around restrictions and enabling my old profile settings back in iTunes, but I would still need Keynote Well that's a bummer. I'm glad you got that going! What have you got in mind, getting around the system blocks by turning it into a jailbroken iPhone or iPad?
How do I download self service on my school iPad?
It says my password needs to be changed to a 6 digit random number and the email is selfportrait@dontno.
Org
I have tried it 10 times, so many emails are coming in to change my password, but only 4 of them work, I keep getting the message it's locked? What do I do? Can anyone else please provide guidance on what has changed as there's not much on the net to show this is still supported and that they are now selling licenses with a new name etc. I currently need it to work with iOS 7 so will need to upgrade from Lion as it's no longer available, and can not go forward due to no working internet connection. When I launch the self service for my iMac the computer freezes shortly after the self-service window opens. Any ideas? I tried unchecking Automatically accept and clicking on a password in the dialog but nothing happened. Also tried clicking cancel and closing manually.
I just got a Macbook pro 13" 1 TB HD, and for some reason it is not recognizing that I have a 1TB hard drive . What could be going wrong
Shouldn't it have some sort of self service feature
When I plug it into my mac it has no problems or not recognized
Have you tried updating? In iOS 9, it only accepts a single fingerprint at any one time. You cannot use the same one for other apps - not possible for me or the app to tell which finger belongs to which app, and it can happen as soon as your finger is gone from your finger pad.
I use the Touch id app to register fingerprints and use them for access to the apps. I cannot use the same fingerprint and have different apps asking me to put my fingerprint into. I wish Fingerprint would not be so picky about registering fingerprints and being able to use the same one for multiple applications.
I upgraded from iOS 8.3 to iOS 9. I followed all of the instructions (and some steps didn't work, so be sure to back out and retry) and my fingerprint still isn't working. If I delete and reinstall the app, it works for a day then asks for a new fingerprint.
