How do I cancel my Hotspot Shield subscription?

If you have a Hotspot Shield subscription and you want to cancel your subscription, go to My Subscriptions, find the Hotspot Shield subscription and click the Delete Subscription button.

If you have multiple subscriptions, you'll need to delete them one at a time. You can also stop using Hotspot Shield if you don't mind using another VPN. Please note that this action will only make your Hotspot Shield subscription inactive and will not allow you to re-activate it, so it won't appear in the list of VPN subscriptions on Windows apps, and the subscription will remain as part of your Microsoft account with an entry in the list of VPN subscriptions on other apps.

If you've already installed the latest version of Hotspot Shield and you want to roll back to an earlier version, you can't do so using the app - you'll have to download a previous version of the installer from the store and install it manually (please be sure to remove any previous version of the app, as otherwise it'll mess up your system).
