How to extract PDF data to Excel?

How do I convert a PDF directly to Excel?

I've tried using the free download 'PDF to Excel' from www.

Gw-software.de. But I don't know how to get it to convert a single sheet of the document as a 'sheet of its own'.

So this will open one of the free sample sheets in Microsoft Office, then when I try to save it, I am asked to choose a file name. I've tried to save the document with the file name 'My test data' but it doesn't work.
