What is the importance of communication in our life?
And what is the importance of communication in our spiritual life?
I believe it's an important topic. A friend who is a missionary in Africa asked me recently, What is the purpose of life? I responded that I believe it's communicating with God. If we do that, we will be fulfilling our purpose in life. If we don't communicate with God, we will be fulfilling our purpose of existence in a different way. We will be on the outside, not in. Our purpose of life is to commune with God. And what about communicating with each other? And communicating with ourselves?
For example, if we communicate with others and they respond in a way that is good for us, we are communicating. If they respond in a way that is not good for us, we are communicating. But we must recognize the difference between communicating with someone and communicating with something. A dog communicates with his master. A parrot communicates with its owner. But we communicate with our Master. There is an important difference.
If we communicate with ourselves, we will be communicating with ourselves. If we communicate with the Holy Spirit, we will be communicating with God. If we are communicating with Satan, we are not communicating with God. If we are communicating with the enemy, we are not communicating with God. If we are communicating with our Father, we are not communicating with the Father. We can communicate with the Holy Spirit, with the Father, with our family, with a friend, with a lover. We can communicate with ourselves, with the Father, and with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Communication is part of the spiritual life. We should have communication with each other and with ourselves. And we should have communication with the Holy Spirit. Communicating with the Holy Spirit means communicating with God. We should seek to communicate with God. We must understand the importance of communicating with God.
Let's look at the importance of communication from a biblical perspective. In the Bible, there are many references to communication. They are found in the Old Testament and in the New Testament. They help us to understand more about the nature of communication. The New Testament is not only about Jesus Christ; it's about life. As I have read the Bible, I have learned a great deal about communication, relationships, and love.
What are the 5 purposes of communication?
How are we doing on them?
and why are they so important?
We are a society of busy people who find it hard to communicate, so we have created a need for communication. This need has created a need for communication products such as communication apps. The problem with most of these apps is that they are very shallow and don't address the root cause of why we want to communicate - we want to share our emotions.
If we look at our everyday lives, there is a lot of emotional sharing going on. This sharing happens for all kinds of reasons - to let others know how we are feeling, to let others know that we are interested in their lives or interests, or just to simply communicate.
In order to better understand the reasons behind why we communicate, I want to first of all highlight that communication has many purposes. It is hard to pinpoint one single purpose for communication but there are 5 general purposes. These purposes are:
To inform and/or give information. To persuade or influence people. To develop rapport and/or friendship. To make decisions. To seek support. The importance of the above 5 purposes varies based on the type of communication. For example, when we have a conversation with someone we may be trying to get them to agree with our opinions or share our views. This is considered to be persuasive communication because we want to persuade people to act in a certain way.
Or when we send a message through Facebook or email we may be trying to inform or share information. This is considered to be informative communication because we are informing someone about something.
Both of the above are examples of informing and giving information. Informing people is considered to better than giving information. Informing people is useful because the person receiving the information will often respond more positively to the information if they know what it is about. For example, if you tell someone you are going to be late for work, the chances are that they will let you go before they start. However, if you tell them you were running late they will be more likely to start without you.
You can also use information to persuade someone. If you inform someone that a person is late for an important meeting, it is likely that they will behave in a certain way.
