How can I talk to an actual person at Google?

(for free)

I'm hoping someone can give me a direct and reliable answer here. I see plenty of articles about how to get free swag from google, but I've not been able to find answer to this simple question. Is it possible for someone who is not enrolled in a paid google for work account, to actually speak to an actual human being at Google about their concerns, suggestions, comments, ideas, questions, etc? In short, what's the best way to get free swag from google? I'm having the same trouble. I'm not sure if I'm meant to just keep signing up and waiting for some swag, or if there's a better way. Here's what I'm doing:

Creating Gmail accounts under my gmail addresses. Sending emails to myself@gmail.com Attaching images and files. Reading the responses that come in. This isn't the most efficient way to do this, but I don't see why Google wouldn't provide a better way. If this is the best way to do it, then we should definitely post this question to ask for a better way.

There are three main avenues to get something back from Google: Emailing them through Gmail (you already do that, or you did when I read your question, just a bit later). Telling a friend about it, which will mean you getting something back. Making enough contacts with enough power in Google that they have no choice but to listen to you, which means that you will be the one that gets something back. If you want to take the 3rd option, you could tell Google that you are writing a book about their product, for example, and then mention an email address, a personal or business card and something personal/interesting about yourself, like your favourite movie. That will likely work.

The downside to option 3 is that you might need to send many emails until something actually happens. But I think the upside is that people at Google might be more willing to be swayed by you, even if only slightly, since you are just giving them something valuable to someone else.

Finally, if you are really new to Google, and still using webmaster tools or Adwords, I'd suggest you to check out Google's Webmaster Tools for Website Feedback.
