How do I manage Chrome extensions on Android?

The Google Play Store has been the primary way to install Chrome extensions on Android since the days of KitKat.

However, extensions installed through the Google Play Store are also installed on desktop computers running Chrome and on Chrome OS devices.

If you use Chrome on Android and want to use your extensions on your desktop computers or Chromebooks, you can still use the Chrome Store. But to do that, you need to manage your extensions on your desktop computer or Chromebook.

Installing Chrome extensions from the Google Play Store on Android is simple: open the Google Play Store on your device, search for the extension, and tap on Install. How do I block Google Chrome extensions?

I use a Google Chrome extension called AdBlock Plus.

How to disable extensions in Chrome Android?

One of the extensions I use very often for writing is Chrome's native text editor, and while the Android version has it too, I find it unusable.

Is there a way to disable this extension? All it does in my case is make the keyboard more complicated. I often need it to edit plain text without markup.

You can delete this extension from your chrome using the following code. Chrome.downloads.onSaveEnded.addListener(function(info) );
Once that's done, go to Settings > Apps and hit the Clear Data button if the Extension icon is still present in apps.

The problem for me is that I don't know how to set up my computer to always open the extension with a given file. When I open Google Chrome, I just type "chrome://extensions" and a window opens with all of my extensions listed. What do I need to do in order to get this in opera too? I'm sure that if I knew what I needed to do that it would be trivial.
