What options do I have? For your convenience, we have answered some of the most frequently asked questions about resetting your account. Can't find your Apple ID login email? When you are using your Apple ID account, you should receive a notification about your new login to the Apple website. But if you haven't received any notification emails and don't have access to that information in another way, it might be time to get in touch with Apple. If you still have the same email address you used when you originally registered your account, then you can login to the Apple website with that email address. After all is done you can restore the backup to your new phone. Type the 6 digit code you have received in your email. Check off "Forgot my password?" if you cannot remember your password. Enter your username and password.

What happens if I use my iPhone passcode wrong 3 times? Unfortunately if you type the wrong passcode 3 times it will be permanently locked out. To resolve this situation you must contact your internet provider to have the SIM blocked for use on that phone number.

What is my email address? The Apple ID is how you identify yourself in iTunes, the App Store, or iCloud. You may choose to use your email address, phone number, or custom alias name as a contact. If you wish to add another account contact, you'll have to go into your account settings and add a custom alias contact for that address.
