Make sure that you uninstalled all non-essential apps, including any that may be on your account. Look for additional channels or updates to existing channels, etc. I personally have never had to do this but I'm going to be more thorough with that going forward.

Try to troubleshoot using something like the "Roku diagnostics" and "Roku diagnostic check up" (I think those may be the exact names; if they aren't, you can probably look them up through the app store if you have the app there).
