Is Hulu free for 3 months?

Can existing customers get the Hulu deal?

Yes, the existing Hulu customers can get the same deal that the Hulu subscribers will have.

Hulu offers their video streaming service at no extra charge to their current or future subscribers, as long as they pay for annual subscription. Customers that have tried the service will tell you what a compelling offering it is, and the fact that Hulu was able to retain all their customers despite the competition from Netflix makes it even more attractive.

Why is Netflix so expensive? The main reason is bandwidth consumption. As part of its business model, Netflix uses a large amount of bandwidth. As mentioned in the introduction to the article, Netflix says that they use roughly 1GB per hour of streaming. This works out to be about 30-40GB/mo per customer at any time, and since Netflix only guarantees to keep up with 1.3 million customers, that means that the company is using about 50TB of bandwidth/mo! If Netflix's business model is successful then they would not be short on bandwidth.

What are the other reasons for Netflix's high pricing? While Netflix is definitely using a lot of bandwidth, there are a couple of reasons why they aren't seeing huge profits from those high monthly bills. One is a "chicken-and-egg" problem: it isn't profitable to build new hardware if there aren't enough paying customers to use it yet. It's hard to invest in production while still getting revenue, and because there are relatively low profitability numbers in streaming video, it's even harder for studios to spend money on content creation while the audience doesn't exist yet. This is in contrast to the TV industry, where companies like Disney and Fox routinely produce blockbuster movies without having to worry about how many people will watch them, because it doesn't take much money to film a TV show and they know they'll be making money once they're released.

Another reason is that there are also many people renting or "buying the DVD" from Netflix rather than having it streamed live. So there are a few reasons that make it difficult to build a lot of profitability into Netflix's business model, but in the meantime, they are still able to make money handily.

Is Hulu free for 3 months?

I just signed up for Hulu to watch a few different shows in the evenings.

Is it free for 3 months? If so, do you know how long the free period is? I have no TV currently, and I am not sure if I am going to need TV access (because it seems like I won't be able to watch Hulu or Hulu Plus while on my computer). My plan is to switch to the new TV with a tablet and then get Hulu when my laptop is plugged in again. I haven't decided on a plan, but it is all about price point. Would I better off using an OTA HD antenna?

Also, does anyone have experience with either Hulu or Comcast's cloud DVR? I would love to record shows to watch later, but the only thing I really want is recording for shows I missed while on my vacation. Re: Hulu free for 3 months? They are rolling out an AppleTV app shortly. Also, they are now offering a free ad-supported service so you can get acclimated. You might want to consider that.

What are your goals for TV? How much is each show costing you? Are you interested in recorded content only, or does live TV interest you? Does having a TV device interest you? If yes, how often do you watch live TV? If no, does recorded content interest you? Also, what do you intend to use your IPTV device for? Watching Hulu? Streaming your own content? Thank you in advance for your input! I have been considering this for quite a while, and I think I will go with comcast. I am not really a very big fan of streaming video services, so I am trying to find something more suited to me. My family has had comcast for years, and they are the standard TV package. I am not going to go with them this time, but I will look into their service.

My goal is to be able to watch a few shows on my computer at night and maybe watch a game on my tablet if I get a smart TV. I am not big on sports, but I do like a bit of NFL and MLB (though college and everything else is still too much for me).

What is the cheapest way to get Hulu?

Does anyone know ?

I tried the link that the post above gave and it says "We're sorry. This product is not available for your region." and I checked and I'm in Canada.

I'm looking for the most affordable way to get Hulu.com, Hulu Plus, or Hulu Plus for the iPhone/iPod Touch.

Thanks. You could try a VPN service. They route you through a server in another country which can make it cheaper.

But I found the best price to be free. Download and install the Hulu App for your iOS device and login with your Hulu username and password. That is all.

So my suggestion is to download and install the app on your iPhone or iPad.00. No additional fees and no monthly charges.

You can even use this to login to the main Hulu website using anonymous proxy. (I used it to watch a couple of episodes of Breaking Bad on Hulu before it went off air.)

So if you want to get the app, use the instructions from above (use a VPN or the free trial Hulu gives) or just download the app from the iTunes store and login that way. Then enjoy the free service.

"You could try a VPN service." VPNs don't work for everyone. In some places, they are restricted by the government. You would need to live somewhere with a very low level of government restriction.

There are free VPNs but they are usually only good for one device. I'm using a free service called Unblockus and it works great.

The only reason I know of that Hulu costs anything at all is because it's from the US. If you watch TV outside of the US it's all free.

It's funny that you posted this. I have a friend who will be moving back to the states and I was wondering if he should get it through iTunes. He's been talking about getting a 4K TV but he doesn't want to spend the money.

So, I was wondering if you have a way to get it free? Thanks

Does Hulu offer any discounts?

Hulu has a free, ad-supported option for anyone to watch.

But if you want to pay a subscription fee for additional features, Hulu offers a range of pricing options.

Hulu offers members of the military and their families free access to Hulu with ads. You can find the latest deals on military discounts here.

Do you have any family or friends that I can recommend to? Hulu's best recommendation is the Netflix of the streaming video world. Plus, if you're signed up for Netflix, you can watch Hulu's originals like "The Mindy Project" and "The Path" for free.

How many shows does Hulu have? While it's still growing its collection of shows, Hulu currently has close to 1,000 episodes and counting. The best shows to watch right now are "The Handmaid's Tale," "Stranger Things," "The Looming Tower" and "The Handmaid's Tale."

What is Hulu's catalog of movies? If you're looking for something different than TV, Hulu's movie collection is pretty robust. You can watch movies like "Deadpool," "The Fate of the Furious," "Despicable Me 3" and "John Wick" for free. You can also rent movies, but most of the time they are only available on the paid tier.

Are there any Hulu subscriptions I should know about? You can access Hulu from your mobile device with the Hulu Plus app.99 per month, but you can save 25% by signing up for a one-year subscription.25 per month.
