How do I remove restrictions from my iPad without the password?

How do I get rid of restricted on my iPad?

I've had a few users download my app, then open it up on their iPad and then go and look at the "restricted" settings. Basically I have an image on a button that opens up a page with more options. If they go into the settings and change the setting from "off" to "on" then the image still has restricted there. What am I doing wrong? Thanks. (p. I can't include images here. I'll have to figure out a way round it)
I would say you should use the UIImagePickerController's. photoLibrary:didFinishPickingMediaWithInfo: to change your images.
