Does PIA VPN work on iOS?

I have a requirement to use a VPN service, and the VPN provider has suggested that I use PIA VPN.

There is a web-based version of PIA VPN that is compatible with iOS devices. Can I use this to access a company VPN? The reason I ask is that I don't want to be using a public WiFi hotspot while on the company's network. According to the VPN providers website: You can use PIA with an iOS device by downloading the PIA app from the App Store. The app works in conjunction with PIA's mobile web portal, which will automatically redirect users to the PIA VPN on your iPhone.

So if you can use PIA's mobile web portal, then you should be able to connect.

Why is PIA not working on my iPhone?

I am currently having some issues with PIA on my iPhone.

It's only since the update of iOS 9.3 that this has started happening. For some reason, I cannot connect to PIA with my iPhone anymore. PIA is still working fine on my iPad but it's not working on my iPhone at all. I have tried to re-enable WiFi, restarted my phone and even updated the firmware to latest version available. No luck so far.

My question is, what could be causing this problem and how can I fix it? The problem was with my iPhone and not my WiFi connection. The WiFi router was working fine for a while but suddenly it stopped working. After the reboot of my phone, I got the PIA app on my phone but it just couldn't connect to WiFi anymore. I tried to connect to other WiFi networks but it won't connect. However, the app was still working fine.

To make sure my phone is actually connected to the WiFi network, I tried to connect to an LTE network using my phone. It worked fine. The problem was with my iPhone and not my WiFi connection.

I was able to connect to a WiFi network and the PIA app worked fine on my phone again. Unfortunately, the issue is back again. Now, the app won't work on my iPhone.

Again, the issue is with my iPhone and not my WiFi connection. I have tried to turn off the WiFi and turn it back on but nothing seems to help. I have also tried to update the firmware of my iPhone. Nothing seems to work so far.

I have tested the following methods so far: Clear all the data on my iPhone including the App Data. Reboot my phone. Delete the PIA app. Reinstall the PIA app. Reset my network settings. Update the firmware. Update the iOS. Update the OS. Update the App Store. Update the iTunes. Reboot my router. Change the channels on the router. Change the SSID. Change the password for the network. Reboot the router. I have tried all of these methods so far. The problem is still there.

I have also noticed that whenever I download something from PIA, the app tries to connect to my WiFi network.
