You should definitely report the IP address to the email provider so that you can be removed from their system. The IP address will allow them to keep you off their list.

Another thing to keep in mind is that IP addresses are not your actual identity. It's possible for someone to use your IP address without actually knowing who you are.

Also, when you set up your website, you should not use the same email address for your website as you use for your other emails. If you are concerned about privacy, you should use a separate email address for your website.

I was searching answer on google on why does Google detect when I browse my website and it show some ads, but I found some stuff that they doesn't show when you use them IP to a domain address, can you help me understand better what happens with them? The same question came across our mind when we thought of opening a new domain as we had been using the old already. When went through the process, all I found is that if we had bought a new hosting company's package, we don't have to worry too much (about IPs) as there is no way for anyone outside the server to find out what I got! Now, the only problem that we didn't ask whether google tracks your Ip while a new domain being opened and then the Ip is changed after registration, but that doesn't matter as I can always change it later on.
