Why can't I log into CyberGhost?

If you have set up a CyberGhost VPN account and logged into your account, but cannot access your computer via the CyberGhost app, there is a good chance you have reached the limit of VPN users allowed per connection.

The problem may be that you already have one connection to CyberGhost. If so, log out from that session and close the app.

If you are not using CyberGhost, use the manual options to connect to CyberGhost. If you have not reached the limit of VPN users allowed per connection yet, you can reach the limit of one user per connection by following these instructions: In the CyberGhost app on your phone or tablet, tap on the three dots in the top right-hand corner, then tap on Settings. Tap on Connection Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of servers and turn off the "One user per connection" setting. Tap OK. Once you've made the change, close the app and try logging back in again. If you still cannot log in, please contact our Support team. When my connection drops or freezes, what do I do? If the connection is dropped while accessing the CyberGhost app, you'll need to reset your connection settings as per the instructions below. This will also clear any cache. If you don't reset your connection settings, the VPN won't work properly.
