But when I am connecting on android it is showing the message "No Internet Connected". It is asking for a Username and Password. I have tried with default username and password also. I'm a VPN expert, so I'm hoping you all can help me out with this. I had a VPN account setup to be used with a few applications. I had about 5-10 people using it, and the connection seemed to be stable. But suddenly, it just stopped working. I'm not sure what happened. It was using an open VPN account at this time.

The VPN worked for a while. But for some reason, I no longer see any VPN connection in my "wireless networks" list in my network settings. I don't see any IP addresses in the same network.

What should I do? Do I need to call the VPN provider and tell them I can't use the service? Do I have to do something with the VPN profile? I use a paid VPN service so I cant offer any advice as to what your VPN provider did but the most likely cause is that you have exceeded your monthly data cap for that service. You may want to look into a paid service as they tend to offer better speeds. I would also make sure your VPN service is still active and you have access to your email address/password for your account. Thanks for your help, but I'm not sure you are quite right. I'm using a paid VPN account (VPN.com). It hasn't exceeded my data cap, so that's not the problem. I can use the VPN connection normally, but I don't see any IP addresses in my network settings (Windows 10).

If your network is not working and you have no IP's then the most likely cause is that your VPN service has been suspended.
