Why am I not receiving ProtonMail emails?

Is my address in the top email address format? This address is usually read as something like mynamehere@protonmail.com or similar. These addresses have a subject line that uses either your name or your full first and last name.

I just downloaded a movie I got in my mail for watching on the iPad, but it has no sound when watching it. This sounds like an issue with the player setting and the playback settings are stored in the iMovie app. You can use the iMovie app to reset all settings and try again with the same results.

How to fix ProtonMail not working issue. Step 1: Turn off Windows Defender and other Antivirus apps. Make sure you turn off both Windows Defender and other third party anti-virus applications. If you do not, then an application might interfere with the software. It is very important that you turn off any third party anti-virus application, including McAfee Total Protection or Microsoft Security Essentials.
