How much does Realms Plus cost on Xbox?

How much is Minecraft Realms for 6 months?

If you're considering purchasing Minecraft Realms for your server, you should have an idea of what you want it to do and how much it will cost you for six months of service.

However, this isn't a one-time payment like many subscriptions are, so be sure to consider what you need your server to do.

Do you want to be able to join the server whenever you want? Do you want the option to invite players to come visit and play with their friends? Do you want to pay for monthly instead of annually? There are many options for Minecraft Realms and it can get overwhelming very quickly. In order to help you understand the different options you have, we will go over what each of them does and what your options are for each of them. How much does a Minecraft Realms subscription cost? If you plan on purchasing Minecraft Realms in the future, this price may not be applicable to you, so it's always best to make sure that you check before you subscribe. Minecraft Realms comes in two different flavors, and each of them has their own set of options. We will start with the Free option.

Minecraft Realms Free. This is what Minecraft Realms looks like when you first sign up for it: For the Free version, Minecraft Realms will allow you to host a single Minecraft server. This means that there will only be one person you can invite to your server. This means that you can only invite your friends to visit.

As long as they are logged into the server and their copy of Minecraft is activated, they can join and play. There are no additional premium features or perks for the Free version, but this is completely fine for some people. You can host your own Minecraft server for free. You can renew for a monthly subscription and your account will remain active after the six-month term expires.

Is Realms plus a one time purchase?

This seems like a huge mistake on their part.

In addition, if we buy Realms and then decide that it's not what we want. Do we have to buy a new game with an activation code for the one time price? What happens if we don't renew at the one time price (for example, if we never play it)? Are we billed for the lifetime of the subscription? If so, this seems like a bad deal. I'll assume these questions are the same for all plans for now: I am new to the PC gaming space as of about 18 months ago. I was introduced to the wonderful world of Realms when my first wife was interested in trying to figure out the "why" behind all this. She just got sick of hearing me explain things that I already explained over and over again (and had gone through a series of video tutorials which would be more or less the same things.but to each their own). Realms was one of the first games that she bought (I think at the discounted price, she used her husband's points as leverage), and it's been a while.

I will admit to being a bit jaded here and there (not being the most patient person nor having any patience when it comes to figuring out systems). But I did like the free-flow of information that I received from Wizards of the Coast. I liked the easy way to pick up stuff as needed from "how-to" websites on the web. My son (who is 17 months old now) has been playing since the original 3D version came out. Now his mom (who I know likes video games - though a bit of a casual gamer to "chill" and a Wii for a few hours.but nothing too deep). Anyway, she tried Realms. Didn't really go into it all too deeply.but enough to understand basic concepts. It took a weekend for her to be able to figure out, as far as I can tell, how to navigate the menus to get started. She never did get into the realm of exploration or story which are very much part of the game. Which we both found ourselves frustrated with over the past 2-3 months while playing because of the way it was implemented. I am happy to say that her "spidey-sense" is tingling now and all is fine.

Why can't i buy Realms Plus on Xbox?

I keep trying to buy Realms Plus for my son, but I keep running into problems.

When I select the game in my Xbox account, it won't let me buy it. I've tried it with different credit cards and always get the same error message: "You do not qualify to purchase 'Realms Plus'." It only allows to me to buy some of their other games (Goblin Legends, Star Trek Online, Halo Reach) but not Realms. If it had worked I would have bought it for him. (I'm also pretty surprised that this was left as an error message!)

Re: ? The reason is, because Microsoft doesn't want you buying games with your parents credit card, if they want you to buy games for real you have to pay for them with your own money, they don't want to see parents buying games for children. I know I said the same thing but what about xbox live redeem codes on steam, you can't redeem or transfer them onto xbox unless you bought that game with credit card from xbox. Or xbox live card can only be used at steam store, no xbox live redemption codes are allowed for anything else.

The problem you're having has nothing to do with your son not "qualifying" for Realms plus. It has to do with having the wrong billing address on the credit card. And yes, you could have saved some grief by buying the game with a different card, though it's hardly a standard issue of the Xbox Live Card.

Well you can buy the game without it being on Xbox Live. Its not mandatory. That's like saying everyone should upgrade to xbox live, which you would never want to see.

Well you could try using a payment method other than Xbox Live credit card. There is paypal, gocardless, e-gold and other payment methods. They could also offer the game in stores rather than internet, which I think it would be easier to keep track of. That's why most games that aren't available digitally get a retail version.
