In the past few years there has been many a time I have asked for it. At this stage it is clear that New Zealand has a lot of stuff for us to play but no word on Android. That is not to say there is nothing for it as there is not. I have found some things to play in the meantime but I'd like to play on an Android system. If anyone can tell me if Kiwi is available on Android that would be fantastic.

A quick note: The reason for my asking is that I have an old HTC Desire HD and I am wanting to hook it up to Kiwi.e. I already have a Logitech headset and was hoping Kiwi supported Android as well. As stated above any help is appreciated, and thanks to those who give their time.

There has been discussion about moving Kiwi to a subscription model which would cover it's costs, but we haven't reached a decision yet. But as you've noticed we haven't released any updates for almost 3 years, so there's been a gap and we haven't had the time to properly develop Kiwi.e. I know it's a little sad, but Kiwi has always been free and it's a personal choice whether I want to keep it free or upgrade to a paid subscription.

Currently we're working on re-coding the entire app so there's currently no way of turning Kiwi into a paid app and as you've noticed I've been slowly releasing "new" Kiwi app versions and they're all free and the only thing you have to pay for is the music.99/month subscription. I wish we could put more time into Kiwi development instead of paying the bills, but it's a very important project for me.

What you're seeing in the apps are actually just placeholder graphics, we haven't released anything with graphics for a long time. It's not much but it's progress! I've noticed the updates for Kiwi.e. I'm not quite sure how they are released anymore. You still seem to be releasing them as app versions. I thought they used to get updated once a week or so.

I'm glad to hear about this. I've been wanting to play this for some time now. Does anyone know what version they are on now?

The Kiwi Browser has been a great tool in my opinion. Its ease of use and simple interface has kept me coming back to the app again and again. It's also great for saving on data usage. Now I find myself wondering whether or not its safe.

Kiwi Browser is one of those internet browsers that was popular before any kind of security concerns with android browsers came about. This browser was developed and maintained by Kiwi IT. The latest version of the browser is 3.6.1.3, with the newest beta being 1.5.0.

For those unfamiliar, it is used to browse the web, stream video and download files from various websites. In addition to this it allows you to access your phone's contacts and view photos.

But what I really like is how it works without draining your battery like other mobile browsers tend to. If you don't use your phone all day, or don't use wifi all day, Kiwi Browser will make sure your battery doesn't go down.

This is where things get a little suspicious though, as many people don't even bother to go online without using wifi.e. If you can access the internet without using wifi, then why would you ever want to use Kiwi Browser? Is it safe to use Kiwi Browser on Android? With the rise of more and more phishing sites, Kiwi Browser was not meant to be used on your phone without the use of wifi.e. If your phone does not have wifi, and you can access the internet, then you are giving your phone away to a third party. They can access your contact information, or even send malicious links to your friends.

It's important to use wifi when accessing the internet, even if it's just for a few seconds, so that no third party can access your data without you knowing. You should always be careful when accessing the internet, even if it's a site you visit often.

Can Kiwi Browser save battery? With Kiwi Browser you have to connect to wifi.e. If you don't use wifi, the browser will run on your phone without draining the battery.

Can an Android browser have extensions?

This is an open-ended and controversial question, but I thought I'd throw it out here.

So yes or no, (that is Chrome plugins for Android)? For example, if you load up Google Now in an Android browser, it'll be like a little box that sits in the corner that says "search" or "do this", and you can right click on the Google Now thing and then look up something in the box (the extension). You can install extensions for chrome on your android phone that do stuff like that - search and note taking, it's called Gboard if you're into that kind of stuff. The Chrome Web Store doesn't show anything as being available for the Android Webview browser. The best you could do is get apps that offer an app store through the browser, then the app would have to work with the HTML5 APIs I would like to add something about the fact that you cannot see extensions directly in the Chrome web store. So if you install Chrome browser on your phone and you go to you won't see any extensions to download.

If you browse directly to the extension page (for Chrome for instance: ) and press download, you'll get one. An app that works the way Chrome extensions should has been added to the store. There are plenty of apps (including Chrome-specific ones) for browsing the web on Android, but very few that actually use extensions.

Which is why there's Google Now which isn't an app (though it can be customized) and Google Now for Android. Apps aren't necessary when the phone has what it needs to display the information.
