Can you get your Netflix account back after Cancelling?

Why is my Netflix account suddenly gone?

It was working normally until yesterday.

My last video I watched on my laptop was about 10 days ago and last time I signed into Netflix on my PS3, but when I click the Netflix tab, it says that "There are no new content available to watch", even though I have movies on my Netflix queue. I have Netflix on my TV and my account is registered on my phone and PS3. I've been getting error messages with my Netflix account for the past few weeks, including error messages saying that my account is disabled. Has anyone else experienced this? Please help!

In addition to turning off your modem and router's admin settings, a potential solution is to use your old password, which you should be able to do just by logging in to Netflix and logging out again. You might want to back up your content before attempting that as well.

Why does Netflix cancel my subscription?

I have been a Netflix subscriber for years.

I've cancelled TV shows I don't like and I've even reordered seasons of TV shows so I could see them in order, but all that has stopped working recently. Every time I go to cancel, the interface says that my cancellation has failed and that I have to call customer service. When I try to call, however, I am kept on hold indefinitely. Then the operator on the other end hangs up on me. It's pretty frustrating.

Update 1:11pm ET, Tuesday: The first sentence in this post has been updated to clarify the issue is happening with my iPhone not my desktop computer. That wasn't an obvious mistake. I updated the headline to make clear that I was talking about cancelling my mobile phone subscription, not my Apple computer. And now you know why.

I'm still writing my thoughts on the entire debacle and I promise I'll get them posted later tonight, if it's not sooner. I tried calling tech support and I tried submitting a ticket, but it seems every time I do, the process becomes stuck, too.

I've heard that a lot of people are having problems today. The message that keeps going around is that for some reason, Netflix is making lots of new subscribers wait between 3 and 5 days before they can be added to the plan. But I don't know how that affects things for people who are already signed up for Netflix. Do any of you know what's going on?

I am trying to cancel my internet plan but the message appears to be the same as when I called. I went into settings, but couldn't see anything wrong with my account, so I tried to cancel it from within the app, but it was telling me it couldn't. The last option was call customer service, but the automated service tells me there is no way to cancel my plan, and that I have to call them. I have done this many times, and it always takes a few days to get through. When I try and call the number from the message, there's no answer. Is there a workaround that doesn't involve going through the process all over again?
