How do I activate my Disney bundle through Verizon?

Why won't my Disney+ bundle work?

We can't figure out what's wrong.

This is the error we get when we try to download and activate the Disneyland bundle: Your bundle has been activated and you can download the full installation file from the email we sent you. But we still can't download the bundle. We've tried all different email addresses for all of our accounts, and we've even tried a different computer. We just can't figure out what the problem is.

If this works, there was an issue with an update to your device.

Why can't I log into Hulu with Verizon Disney Bundle?

The Hulu app on my Verizon iPhone 6 won't let me log in to the TV service with my Verizon Disney Bundle.

I can log in to other apps with the Verizon Disney Bundle. For example, I can log in to HBO Go, ESPN, Crackle, and many more apps, but not Hulu. I've done all the troubleshooting I can think of.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with Verizon's security setting. Since I'm connected with my Verizon iPhone, I'd have to look at Verizon settings to confirm that. But I have another phone with Verizon, and when I tried to sign in there, I couldn't get to Hulu either.

My question is, why can't I log into Hulu with the Verizon Disney Bundle? What should I try next? Verizon will need to look at what's happening on their end in order to give answer. If they could take a screenshot of what they are seeing, it would be much easier for us to help you. You could also try signing in with your email address and password.com with the phone numbers above, I get an error, "Error 403: Forbidden". On every attempt so far. This happens on both Verizon and non-Verizon devices. Also, it seems as if Verizon's security setting may be the reason why. However, I don't know how to check that.

When you enter Hulu on my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5 I get "Forbidden (403)" after signing in. However, I have logged in through a few other apps. For example, Crackle works great.

I can use my Verizon Samsung Tab 2 Plus without any issues, so I believe the problem is not caused by the tablet. Also, Hulu works perfectly fine on the LG G2. So, it's gotta be one of those devices that you had mentioned before. Could you check the settings of those devices?

Why is the Disney plus bundle not working on Verizon?

Hi, I just received the Disney plus bundle but it's not working on my Verizon phone.

I called Verizon and they said they never had a problem with the bundle. I am having problems with the whole bundle. I have the bundle, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney plus. Netflix works great. Hulu doesn't work at all. And Disney plus is only on for 3 days. The 3 day trial didn't work either. So I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.
