What is hypertabs?
Hypertabs is a Google Chrome extension that allows you to create keyboard shortcuts for any of your open tabs.
It is meant to be used while you are browsing the web, and it has a ton of features. For instance, you can create shortcuts to open any link in a new tab, or open a tab that you were last on. You can even create custom ones that opens your favorite websites or anything else you want.
To make hypertabs work, you will need to open the Google Chrome settings. Next, just enter a name for the shortcut (or you can type a website url if you want), then press the Add shortcut button. Then, you can choose what type of shortcut you want to create. There are many options, but the most useful ones are Open new tab and Open last tab.
What are some other advantages of hypertabs? Hypertabs is a simple yet useful Chrome extension that provides many different features. The most useful ones are creating keyboard shortcuts for your open tabs, and opening your last opened tab. This works really well when you are using a computer in a place where you cannot reach your mouse. Just imagine having to use a computer with your arm in a sling, or being on the beach. The last thing you want is to have to reach over to your mouse every time you want to open a new tab. Hypertabs helps with that.
Another really useful feature of hypertabs is that you can easily create your own shortcuts for things like opening your favorite websites, or opening a specific tab that you were last on. If you are an avid Chrome user, you probably already know this, but the easiest way to do this is to hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard, and then hit the Tab key to bring up the shortcut menu. Simply select the one you want to use, then press Enter to create the shortcut.
You also get to customize your shortcut in any way you want. You can add the text that appears next to the shortcut, or even add any image that you want to represent it. This is something that you cannot do with the built-in Chrome shortcuts.

How do I uninstall anything?
If an application does NOT have an icon of a trash can, are there other ways to uninstall it? The last time I got on a friends device, it had two applications installed. One of them was from the Chrome store and the other one from a software called Playlist. It doesn't have a trash can icon in it so I'm trying to figure out how to uninstall it.
When a software program is uninstalled, the icon in the notification area is deleted and the corresponding application's preferences are deleted from the list of browser preferences. This information is stored in the profile folder for the user; if the user logs out and changes their account or changes browsers, the changes will be deleted as well. When you uninstall a previously uninstalled app, the same procedure is followed with a slightly different outcome. There is a new entry in the list of browser preferences for the app removed; once this occurs, there will no longer be any way to restore the app.
Note that the 'trashcan' in the notification area has nothing to do with actually deleting the application's files; while it can be considered a signal for the user that the application is removed (and it looks a little like a wastebasket), there are no files to delete in order to get rid of the icon. Also note that an application can be installed in more than one manner; a developer may install their program in either the Google Play store or the Chrome web store; if uninstalled in the web store it will still continue to show up in the notification area, with any associated preferences, when you switch your browser to the other store, but it will not appear as an icon in the notification area when using that store.
