How do I validate my CyberGhost VPN PIN?

I just bought CyberGhost VPN for Windows.

99 app, so I was wondering if anyone knows how I can validate the PIN that I've been given? The PIN should have been emailed to me, but I don't see it in my inbox or anywhere else.

When I try to sign into CyberGhost, it gives me a "invalid password" error. Re: ? I was going to do this as well, so thank you. However, I got a message saying that the email has been sent to me, but I haven't received it. It's only been about 10 minutes since I purchased it. Is it possible that I'm missing the email and have to try again? I've reset the app and tried logging in to make sure it's working properly, but I'm getting the same error.

Does CyberGhost ask for your email at all? If not, try resetting the app and making sure you have a working internet connection. If that doesn't work, check your spam folder for the email.

I had the same problem, and when I finally got the email, it was a generic email saying to use the PIN. I had to call their support line to get them to actually send me the PIN. I had to get their phone number from their website and tell them I needed the PIN.

You don't need any extra codes to get the apps on the Fire TV. All you have to do is go to the section of the Fire TV that says "App Store" and start buying apps from Google Play or XBox.tv (I'm not sure what you're missing). When they are downloading it will prompt you if you want to enter the code or not, if you do, it'll save it on the Fire TV so you can always access it through the Apps section. You don't need to enter the 2nd code for some of the apps on the remote. But remember all of the codes are for the apps, the Cgvpn app does not work with the Fire TV unless you download the app from their site. In other words, it won't auto install when you add it to the Apps section.

Thanks! Got it! Well the problem I have is. My fire tv got set up through hdmi to my 4k tv. And I tried to add my CgVn account (which has been working great on my PC) But when I try to setup it I get this error "the connection failed. Please verify that your VPN account is setup to login on your Fire TV and try again". Its not setup right at all, idk why it just wont recognize it at all. I know the 2 codes are valid and not taken since I just set it up, but im going crazy now!

It sounds like they were being smart about the error message you get and didn't want you entering a bogus or incorrect code. The 2 numbers are the security code for your CgVpn account and one is random generated by CgVpn so that even if your code gets sent to the wrong place you won't be able to use it.
