What currencies do you accept when I pay taxes and fees?
I have had numerous contacts with the IRS and have been given conflicting information.
A company that has their money in a bank in Cyprus (Euro) would not accept US Dollars. I read about companies that accept British Pounds in addition to Euro for tax and fees. What are your rules and what currencies do you accept?
We do not pay any taxes here in the States. We are an LLC and we have a small business license. We will be able to open a corporation in one of the States once we have enough cash in our accounts to meet the minimum capital requirement.
We receive and deposit all income into my personal account. I can then transfer funds back to the company to make purchases. However, once the bank realizes I am depositing income into my personal account, they may reject the funds if they are too large for the business checking account.
Since you are doing business with only yourself, you might want to think about why the bank is rejecting your funds and see if there is anything you can do to help them. If you had incorporated, then it should not matter if your personal funds are in the company or your own personal account.
The reason they are rejecting my funds is that I receive income from 3 sources. One is wages, one is a royalty, and one is investments. Some of the profits come in on Friday and the others on Monday. So you see, if I deposit all 3 sources into my personal account, on the first day of the week, it comes in and then on the last day of the week, it goes out. This has caused me problems and has led to them rejecting my funds.
You will need to set up a new bank account for your business. Just create the account and then transfer the money.
If you want to transfer all your money into an investment fund, the easiest thing to do is to move it into a Vanguard account. Once you have the account set up, you will be able to add it to the list of accounts you use for receiving deposits. If you choose to have your income transferred to a Vanguard account and keep it there, this may be your best option as to not have to move it back and forth with the business. We are a S corp. We do not want to move the monies from one account to another.

## Can I Travel without Declaring the Purchases? When you travel internationally, most airlines and travel carriers charge a fee for making the declarations required by U. It's standard practice, but I'm told it's not required by international law. Many countries require declarations of importation on incoming passengersand yes, that's youbut I'm not aware of any international agreement or declaration to make before a U. Port of entry.
The United States is, however, one of only a few countries that requires a similar form for departure from an international airport. So if you're flying to Europe or going home from your tour, you need to declare your purchases prior to departure. If you're leaving from a U. Airport, you can fill out a statement that has no legal standing. If you've already departed from the United States and purchased anything within the last 48 hours, check with customs at the nearest airport before you board your next flight.
If you bought anything of significant value in the country you're visiting, you should be prepared to declare it. Anything over that value must be declared.
