How do you spell the name Rosales?

How do you pronounce the name made?

I'm a recent graduate of the University of Toronto, and I'm interested in doing a PhD in something related to the history of the English language.

I'd like to know how you would pronounce it when it's made into a noun. I know that it comes from the past tense of make, but I'm not sure if there's a way to pronounce it with this ending.

You have the name wrong. It's made not maked, but the other way around. (Same pronunciation, different spelling) This doesn't really answer your question, but here's a quick google search that shows how people pronounce it, at least according to Google Books.
