Is ExpressVPN blocked by Netflix?

I have Netflix, so I'm already aware of the pain that comes with it.

I used to use the free version of ExpressVPN but after getting a new modem/router combo I need something with a bigger footprint, and unfortunately, ExpressVPN isn't listed among the companies that do offer bigger footprints.
