How long do Epic Games lock you out?

Is there a time limit on the game in terms of time from purchase?

What does the contract look like and what are its terms, etc? How to get around the lock out? My understanding is they put you into some sort of "provisional access" thing before you can log in to the game so at least you have some playtime. (Is this right? - If not let me know so that I can read up on it.)
What happens if you don't agree with the above statements or are just generally dissatisfied? I'm just asking because if you buy the digital version the "entire" agreement gets transferred to that which means you no longer agree to your contract upon buying the game - and you are then free of any obligations to Epic Games. So - if I buy The Hunger Games and get a game box and all of the content - but don't have the "entire" agreement that covers the game I want - then nothing changes - the contract transfer, blah blah, etc. And if I didn't agree to these rights and conditions upon buying the game, then nothing changes and so I'm still "locked out" and if I go somewhere else and buy the same type of game I'd have those same rights and conditions and then nothing happens? (I'm confused) I need to be clear because I don't know how much "power" Epic Games has and I don't want to go to jail! Lol This feels like kind of a huge decision - kind of an irreversible one - that's going to take a lot of thought and effort! The reason I'm asking is that, I have only recently switched from playing singleplayer games - over the years. So I know about "free-to-play" games - and how "invasive" they can be. These digital-only games that allow you to get everything if you pay for it - this seems pretty crazy even if it is just "a game". I could see this being something as large as a MMOG or MMO that has you "pay" for extra powers and stuff - when you spend "time" or cash on these types of games.
