I was reading a blog and he mentioned that if you subscribe to Amazon Prime through amazon.

Com, MLB.TV was automatically included in your account.even though you've never bought anything from Amazon for the platform. Was going to give it a try anyways to get all four games that I need to this week since my cable can't be trusted.

The free subscription is there and I did it from the MLB.com front page, etc. Now, if it turns out as we suspect the service is limited to certain areas, and only if you already have that kind of account, then the credit code option will work as the account was made before.

TV for a few weeks now and am hooked. So, how do I watch for free on the PC? Are they streaming it for me? I have MLB.TV Premium and want to watch the Red Sox.

It's just a really simple, straightforward application that allows you to connect to your cable provider and select any game on a given day. All you do is click on the MLB.TV icon on your desktop, click "Connect to MLB.TV", and you're good to go.

I'm in a similar situation to what you are, I only want to pay for my TV service to get MLB.TV, I think if you use Google Chrome, you can even get it without signing up with MLB.TV at all.

I am currently a free subscriber to a cable provider that offers all of the ESPN networks (including MLB.TV), plus a few other channels. However, ESPN3 is not available to me. I am currently using the NBC Sports app to watch this season's MLB games on my Android phone, but this is a pain because I have to go through an entire day before I can watch any live games.

However, when I have MLB.TV Premium, I don't have to wait a whole day to watch live games because they are all available to me the minute the game starts. This also gives me access to any extra features that I may not be able to find in the NBC Sports app, such as Pinstripe Alley and In-Play.

For me, it is a worthwhile investment to pay for MLB.99 for my MLB.TV subscription last year and I got it a couple of weeks after the baseball season started.
