Does Windscribe work with Netflix?

I am trying to set up a TV server using the Windscribe service (free), and I need to know if Netflix works with Windscribe? If it does not work, I would like to know if Windscribe has any alternatives to make it work. I am looking for something that will help me watch netflix and my own media from my computer on my TV screen, where my Roku box will be my main device.

The best solution is one that doesn't charge a subscription fee. Is there one? It will serve up everything you want, but it does require a subscription. Otherwise, you could do the same thing with VLC, or even WINE if you're more familiar with that.

My first thought would be Plex. I'm not sure about Netflix though. I have never tried it on Linux (I have it on my Windows desktop) so I couldn't say if it will work, or if I'd be able to find a way to get around the problem. I've got Plex and Netflix working right now though, on my Windows desktop, so I know it can be done.

I want to say that I am on my Mac and I don't think I have WINE installed on there. My other PC is running Windows 7. I will check it out though.
