Why is Surfshark not working on my Iphone?

I have tried the instructions on the page: and cannot get it to connect when I am either connected via cable or wifi.

I have also tried the instructions for ios on the android page which did not work either. Here is a better answer: What did you try? I have surfshark working perfectly on iOS 5 on an iPad 2 running 4.1 and an iPhone 3GS running 4.

Thu, 10 May 2024 02:05:13 GMTHello. I recently bought a new computer with Windows 8.1 Home Edition 64 bit, 8 Gb RAM, and i7, and installed Surfshark there. It works fine in the beginning, it downloads all the files of the videos/files I send from my cellphone (Samsung J3 Pro, Android 5.0, Dual Sim). I tested it by installing on my pc of my friend (Windows 10, 4 gb ram) and downloaded all the videos sent from his cellphone too. Even when he didn't give the email addresses from his cellphone to Surfshark I didn't find any errors during the connection, just the same videos I'm sending from my cellphone.

But a few days later, after sending about 120 files to Surfshark (in a normal way and without WiFi or data plan used), and surfing to some videos they say that there's only 1 hour of internet connection left. I have tested if Surfshark is working well or it is broken, like a virus, but I haven't found any possible cause of this problem, nor in Google. Does anybody know anything about it? Do you think it could be a problem of Windows or what I need to do to solve this? Thank you very much.
