How do I unblock macros in Access 2019?

I've tried all the answers and this answer worked for me.

However, since I want to share it to others who would like to install Access 2025 and Macros on any other computer. It has a different name from Windows so I will edit the answer with different names as I come across them.

Why are my Excel macros disabled?

I am running Excel 2025 on Windows 8.

1 64-bit. I have several macros that are disabled but they work when I test them using Test Macros. When I close the workbook and try to run it again, none of the macros will run.

Is there a step or a setting I need to do to enable them? I have tried restarting the computer and I don't remember setting anything in Excel.
