Is Lusha a Chrome extension?

I've read that Lusha is not a chrome extension, and I'm struggling to understand why.

Why are chrome extensions not installed via the browser? How can it be added as a custom tab? They're a normal website, and like all websites, need to be installed in the browser. But there's no installation process.

It's probably possible to get the latest version by using one of the Chrome web store sites. But I'm not sure whether you can make it an actual extension.

EDIT: Actually, now that I think about it, you can just get the latest version from the chrome web store. There's no need to do anything else.

EDIT2: The answer I gave above doesn't work anymore. If you try to add a normal website to the chrome web store, you'll see that the only way to get the latest version is to get it from the official website.
