How do I download WiFi VPN?

Can I download VPN to router?

I was asking this because I am looking for a VPN for my new router, which is Linksys WRT54GL.

My other devices are using Expressvpn and I think it's awesome. I was thinking of maybe getting that for the router.

But for a second question: I saw that one can use a VPN for internet usage, but I wanted to do something else - I want to use a VPN to download torrents on my computer from my mobile phone. I don't have a computer, so I don't know if it is possible to do this. And if it is, could I download torrents from my mobile phone and transfer them to my router through the VPN?

First off all you should NEVER connect to a VPN with a device connected to a network or your home router. You're going to cause serious damage. With that said you should be able to do this on a Linux system via the VPN client. I'm not sure if there's a way to do it from Windows or Mac OS, but Linux can handle most anything.

1) Is this even possible? 2) If it is possible, what tools will you need? 3) How would it work? Thank you! 1) Yes, it's possible. 2) I don't need to download a client to my router, since I use an Android tablet to control the device (like a remote control), and the tablet is connected to the router through a USB. 3) I want to transfer torrents from my computer to my Android tablet, from the mobile device to the router, and from the router to the rest of the network. Hello;. To answer your questions. 1) No, it is not possible at all. 2) You will need a VPN Client. 3) Download a VPN Client, install it on your Desktop PC or Laptop and download the torrents to that computer using the VPN Client. Then log into the VPN and transfer the torrents to your router using the FTP software in your VPN Client.

As long as you can install the VPN client on the device you want to use to stream the torrents over the Internet, then yes.

How to install VPN client on TP-Link router?

I am using a TP-Link Archer C9 and I am trying to get OpenVPN running. I have got it installed but I have no idea how to connect to my VPN server. I am trying to use this guide and when I get to the step where I need to edit the interfaces file I get an error: I don't know what I need to do. Below is a picture of the error.

This might be a good place to start, though I'm not sure where you're at with your network (and where you want to go with it). What kind of VPN service is this? Is it for home use or business use? Do you just want a place to surf, or a site to log into? Anyway, assuming you're not looking for the most secure VPN solution, I'd say check out the OpenVPN client in your router. I've only ever had problems with some older routers that required you to make changes to the config file directly. As far as getting it to work with a more modern router, I've never had trouble. The Archer C9 should work with the OpenVPN client, but if you're having problems try this guide:

Hello! We are in the middle of getting a new house and will be moving soon. My husband has a TP-LINK Archer C9 router. He was working on the router earlier today and the next day he said it wouldn't connect to his vpn. We can't find any solutions for it online.

We haven't installed OpenVPN yet. Please help! Hi - I have a PC-E-5100 and it is not accepting my openVPN. The router is configured to allow port 443.

Which TP-Link router has VPN client?

I have a TP-Link Archer C9 router, but I don't see any VPN client that would allow me to use a VPN on my router.

I've tried using the OpenVPN client, but it doesn't work. I tried OpenVPN with the Cisco client and the PPTP client, but none of them seem to work. I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me if I have any option other than using a VPN on my home network through a computer or smartphone. Thanks in advance.

The Archer C9 does not have a VPN client. It is intended to be used as a regular wireless router.

If you want VPN access, you'll have to use a different router. You might try the Linksys Velop. It is a little more expensive, but it has built-in VPN support.
