Is PureVPN legal?
- How to get a refund for the PureVPN trial account
The reason why I got myself a trial account from PureVPN is because they offered a free trial account without credit card required.
At first, I thought this was a great idea. Especially because I wanted to test how fast the performance is when switching servers. As soon as the trial ended, I started to think, How come my trial is not valid anymore? Am I eligible for a refund? and finally What if there is a problem with my trial account?
Well, those questions are quite legitimate. It is quite confusing when you get something like this for free but as soon as you click Get a Free Trial the whole thing goes berserk. The reason why I chose a trial from them was because their website didn't feel like it was made by robots, they answered most of my questions and sent me emails. There were several things I didn't know about or didn't know how it would work out. But in most cases, they were helpful and nice guys.
But to the answer to my question: PureVPN offer a 90 days trial plan and you cancel it anytime. I would recommend not cancelling during the free time because they don't charge your credit card (there is a link which asks you to confirm if you want to purchase). If you ask for a refund, then you should wait until your trial ended, but don't get confused by different statuses because you could be able to get a refund. Their refund policy states the following:
90-day Money Back Guarantee and Risk Free 30-day Trial. When you cancel your trial before the 90-day or 30-day trial period ends, we will automatically refund the entire amount of money paid for your trial. We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all our VPN service plans. However, for any reason, you may qualify for a refund under our 100% Money Back Guarantee.
We have two payment types available for our VPNs: monthly or yearly. Therefore, each type of plan has a 100% Money Back Guarantee that is valid only when you choose one of our monthly or yearly payment options. We do not allow a refund on the free plan or trial.

How do I log in?
It's super easy to log in, and in most cases a 1-click install will take you from the download page to setting up your VPN within seconds. In some countries you may be prompted to install a software add-on, in which case just click the install button. To avoid a software install prompt, check that you're using a supported country or region here, and that you have the correct software installed for your location.
For instructions on using PureVPN, visit our tutorial page or go to the help and support pages. What is PureVPN good for? How do I benefit from it? Private browsing. With a VPN you can surf the web without leaving a trace on your computer or mobile device. By choosing PureVPN as your private browsing service, you're not giving away personal details about yourself. You're anonymous and nobody will ever know who you are, where you're from, what you read or see.
Access websites blocked by your local government. If you live in a place where the internet isn't accessible you won't be able to access certain websites. For example, many countries in the Middle East aren't great at freedom of speech and political freedom in general. It's a good idea to set PureVPN as your main service and select a country or region from the drop-down menu. You can then use PureVPN to access that blocked site with no problems.
Privacy. You can use PureVPN when you're in public and want to keep yourself hidden. You can use it in places where it's acceptable to use a VPN: public hotspots, cyber cafes, libraries, even airports! Your true identity will remain private.
Protection from hackers. Your personal information and sensitive data like bank details, passwords or your credit card number will remain safe when you're using PureVPN. The private encryption method used by PureVPN will keep your data hidden from hackers and other prying eyes.
Security. As the official VPN of the Mozilla Firefox browser, PureVPN ensures top-notch security for your data. If a system has been infected with malware, you're still protected from it via PureVPN's open network connections.
Speed. Because PureVPN's servers are placed all over the world, they can serve you fast connection speeds.
