How do I renew my IPVanish subscription?

If you are a returning customer, simply click the renew button on the top right of your account page.

If you are new to IPVanish, click the renewal button on the top left of your account page. If you are an existing customer and can't find your account login, or if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please email us at sales@ipvanish.com and we will assist you as best we can.

What happens after I renew my subscription? As soon as your renewal is processed, you will receive an email to let you know that your subscription has been renewed. We will also send a reminder email if the renewal is made outside of our standard renewal window.

We don't recommend changing your email address after renewing your subscription as we cannot guarantee the change will be reflected in your account information. Note: When you renew, your payment method may be changed to a different service or form of payment. If I change my payment method, do I need to pay the renewal charge again? When your payment method changes, we always automatically change your monthly payment to the new method. Your monthly payments are processed on the same day of each month, regardless of your payment method.

If you do not receive a renewal notification email, or if you renew your subscription outside of the standard renewal window, or if your renewal payment does not go through for any reason, you will be responsible for paying your renewal charge again. Note: The renewal charge is always due on the 15th day of each month (for example, for renewals ending on December 31st, the charge will be due on January 15th). Can I subscribe to a longer term of service than one year? You may purchase a longer term of service than one year, however, the renewal charge will be based on the shorter term. How will my credit card information be used? We have the usual security measures in place. We never store any credit card information, so we can not use it for any other purposes than this purpose (cancelling the subscriptions). If you want to cancel your monthly subscription and need to add funds to your credit card you can do so through the cancel and reactivate process for your existing subscription.

If you don't remember your login password you'll need to fill out your billing and account info here (this will not affect your active subscription).
