How do I fix VPN not connecting?

All I get is the message "VPN connection failed".

I have turned off all other firewall applications and disabled my antivirus. I am using VS 2023. The connection was fine until a few days ago. I had to uninstall my Network Connections/Aero VPN and Reinstall it, but its not working now. Is there something I need to change in my Network connections/Aero VPN settings? Visiting websites such as Facebook etc gives no issues as if they are coming from a secure network, BUT if I try to connect to other networks like ###.### it simply does not work regardless of how I try to connect.

It makes me feel stupid that my friend can connect to them and I cant. Any help would be awesome. To connect to another office location you'll need to install VPN functionality on your local PC (like you installed the Aero Vpn). Then you can use the vpn server shortcut and choose the connection.

Laptop Crashes While Working Off Location. I rebooted the computer but getting the gray screen of death. I changed the boot options back to Automatic shutdown. It now gets partway through Windows's loading screen then it freezes. The network adapter gets the "Network Connection Error" icon. If I attach to another USB 3.0 cable the adapter gets a blue light briefly and Windows 7 shows the drives full.
