How to check how long you've had your phone on Android?

Do Android phones have screen time?

I used to not watch television.

I had no interest in anything on my tv screen. So I always got bored. My wife wanted something to watch, so I bought her a laptop so she could do her college work on her own. That was great, but of course all they knew was that website. Not much fun is it. Then I got a phone, to keep in touch with some friends I wasn't as close with. I got into the facebook and youtube.

The idea that every phone in the world should be able to send or receive text messages back and forth is insane. They make phones small enough for your hand now. Why would you need to go to your desktop to type out a text. The internet solves this problem by having everyone on the same page and letting us type and post our text messages instead of actually talking to someone. If you want to text someone, you look them up on google. For what it's worth, the only reason I even have cell phone service now is because my sister has an app that allows you to get free texting, because if Verizon did their job we wouldn't need your apps.

My wife always says that she needs a tv in the car and a laptop so she can do her stuff while I am driving. She doesn't really need that though. She can do most of her work online. The only time she might not want to work on the net is when she feels she has to do it on paper. That is always after the kids are asleep of course. And if she goes for a walk or to visit some friends while I am working on the highway, she feels she needs her laptop. Well guess what? I don't need either, but I don't have any more problems with the two of you sitting side by side in the car using your stuff. If it is any comfort, I have a friend who has no tv in the house at all. And he is fine. I think people like it too, because it makes it easier to be part of the team watching a show together.

We got 4 new smart TVs recently. The first one lasted 2 months (we moved and I haven't hooked it up yet) the second has been used once since I got it (just once when I turned it on to look at the time) the third one has been used all the time.

How do I check my activity time on my phone?

As a new member here I was interested in learning how to check my time spent on activities.

I have no idea what this is called but I do know how to check the time of day and the time that I went to sleep and woke up. I'm thinking I would need to set a certain time to check this data.

Re: ? How do you check your activity time on your phone? You can go to your mobile settings, go to about phone, and scroll down to the activity section. There are two options there, activity and activity detail. If you select activity you will get a list of all the apps you use, if you select activity detail you will get the information about your activity by hour.

This will require some sort of app to track it. I think the one mentioned in the thread above is an option, but you will have to ask a separate question for how to do it. It's probably best to ask one at a time.

Hi, I would suggest you to download the free app called Toggl. It is basically like the Google Chrome's activity time recording tool. The only difference is that this app has many features like logging the duration of each tasks, start and stop times, notes etc. So, you can log your activities as you go.

Hi and welcome to the forums. To check the time of the day you simply open up the calendar app (or whatever you use) and you can then see what time it is. For the other part you could use an app like that or you could install a timer app (like this one: ) and set the timer to record the times you were active and that way it would be easier to keep track of.

How to check how long you've had your phone on Android?

Here's one method.

(Image: Alex Cranz/Gadget Lab). My old Windows Phone died a slow death. Despite my best efforts, it simply would not last anymore. After three years, two upgrades, and countless data plans, I finally gave up on it. But with an entire new OS at my fingertips, I figured that I'd kill at least seven more hours out of it before calling it quits. Turns out that I didn't get much work done. As the days crept closer to the end of my second (six month) trial period, and Windows Phone 8.1 finally began popping up in Google searches, I decided that Windows 10 Mobile just wasn't up to snuff, so back to Android.

But before I went back to Google, I thought it would be fun to share with you what I learned about checking the time on my current phone before switching. You know what it is, right? You've certainly checked it plenty of times over the years. You take it out of your pocket, open the dialer, and you tap that small square that shows how long you've got left on the battery. And then you feel sad when the light turns red.

But there's a much more satisfying and faster way of checking the time on the time screen of any Android phone, and it's easier than you think. How to Check How Long You Have Before Swapping? The Time Screen On most Android phones, the time that appears on the time screen is usually right under the logo for your carrier or OEM. (I'll include a list below.) It can vary by manufacturer, so find yours by going to settings > About Tablet > System Version. Your phone will tell you its software version number and model number. Look under the time screen for information about the time format and language, as well as where to get a status bar that lists your remaining battery life. On many of the larger phones, you'll need to access a Settings button. On smaller devices, the option may be available on the main page. (Look below if you need help finding it.
