How to get past YouTube TV VPN detection?

How to get past YouTube TV VPN detection?

Last year I asked myself a simple question: Is YouTube TV still worth it?

While YouTube is still not my favorite live streaming video service as it's not very good in many areas and requires users to use Chrome or Chromecast only, I am pretty sure that it's one of the best services to access if you are a cord cutter. You can download TV shows and movies on any device, you have access to more than 25,000 films and TV shows (with more being added on a daily basis) on your smartphone, tablet and home PC, and the service has free access to all major US broadcast networks. On top of all that, you also have free access to popular content on YouTube Premium that you get as soon as you subscribe to YouTube Premium. Of course, if you feel like paying extra for another premium content on YouTube, you can get access to popular live streams from Netflix and Amazon Prime as well. You get access to every channel you can possibly watch that offers online streaming, and that is why this service is often considered a cord cutting killer. So, yes - but, is it still a killer?

YouTube TV vs. PlayStation Vue & DIRECTV NOW Today, I'd like to give you my take on the answer of yes or no to this question. I'll give you my opinion about the pros and cons of the service, but of course I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Do I think that YouTube TV should be your next streaming video service, especially with Google Chromecast functionality and free access to free YouTube Red content?

If you are ready to give YouTube TV a try, we have prepared a set of videos that will help you set up the service. There's even a video that will help you create your own custom-made playlists on YouTube.

You need to make a decision when selecting a service based on your budget and your priorities. For example, if you care a lot about access to local channels and sports, it might be hard to find a better deal than DIRECTV NOW. The same goes for other factors that influence your decision, like available options (number of channels, number of devices, number of simultaneous streams), customer service and the fact that YouTube TV works with more countries than most other similar services.

Why won't YouTube TV play with VPN?

I tried to use my VPN for YouTube TV streaming.

I think it worked before. I have to use a cable modem connection and I am using a Comcast residential cable box. I was on the YouTube TV app and then went to another channel and then came back and it was playing again. But I cannot watch videos from the app. It says, "We're sorry, that video can't be played at this time." I have to go to YouTube to watch the videos. I was watching the video "Sonic the Hedgehog." It says, "Sorry, this video is not available in your country." I know I can watch these videos on YouTube. Why won't it play on my VPN?
When you click to the Youtube TV website in a browser, you will see a "we're sorry" message, as if you clicked outside of the USThat message will only appear in the browser window, not on the Youtube TV app. In the Youtube TV app, you should be able to watch the videos without the "we're sorry" message. Well I don't understand. My problem is that it will not play on VPN and it will not play on WiFi.e. So I have to have a cable modem connection. And I can watch the videos from YouTube.

Can I trick YouTube TV location?

I would like to trick YouTube TV in my location to show local programming but not show ESPN.

Can I? There is some kind of way to make ESPN-free version of YouTubeTV for me and hide only the local version of the channel.

I don't have Comcast and I don't care what they see me watching, it's for work so there's nothing illegal about that. Yes you can, it is done via an Android app. Basically you will be getting YouTubeTV but by making it the "Local" channel you are tricking YouTubeTV into showing you local channels rather than whatever ESPN show is showing. From that point you should be able to do your job and look at what is on Hulu or whatever.

But even when you do get on, make sure that your cable provider is recording your viewing or they will report you. They can even tell by what you are recording what the provider is showing you because they record everything too.

When you're watching something you're watching, you can trick YouTubeTV in to using an HD antenna with a coax connection. Ah okay this is kind of an old thread to a new question but do you guys watch anything different if it's antenna over cable? It would just be great if YouTube did have a way for you to do that. You have Hulu and Netflix if that doesn't work.

I think Netflix should've known better when that whole debacle first started. The one I was talking about is the "trick" I was talking about earlier. By having something else show up for ESPN and Hulu for example instead of going to the local ESPN station.

Also yes you are correct Hulu does have all the content and I am in no rush to get Comcast TV.
