You will also need to create a myclient.conf file which will contain all the client information you want.

Does OpenVPN server have a GUI?

I'm trying to setup my Ubuntu box (11.10) as an OpenVPN server. I was able to get it to work, but only through the command line. I am wondering if there is a GUI for setting up OpenVPN servers, preferably one that includes configuration files.

OpenVPN runs on the command line and does not have a GUI. I can't think of any offhand that would let you configure a GUI to do OpenVPN. So, I would imagine that you'll have to do all of the configuration through the command line and have a text file somewhere with your OpenVPN configuration.

It does have some handy features, though, like: you can open a tunnel from a GUI instead of through command line. It is a very simple tool and shouldn't require a lot of configuration. It's easy to set up using the included script. The included script is easy to modify and expand on for additional configs. You can manage many tunnels from a single configuration file using its 'master' feature. All that being said, though, it doesn't have a GUI.
