I am using this forum as a public message board to answer questions for new customers. Most likely I will answer most questions and tell them how I feel about their service but if I have to go into a detailed discussion on any issue related to my service, I will need to charge them to cover my time and expertise.

I am still very new to this forum and I am looking for advice on starting a service like this. One way I can determine if my service is a hit or a flop is to see how much money I get and how many questions and messages I get. They have several plans for additional bandwidth and features but I chose the default plan for the basic service.
