How do I uninstall Aruba via?

Hi,My ISP, Charter, changed the modem that we are now using, so it no longer works with any of my cable boxes. That's ok, but I don't like it, since it was only a test, and the old one is still working fine. I know, I could use the old modem again, but, I can't figure out how to uninstall the Aruba internet thingy I just set up.

It's not a real hard program, (well maybe when you don't already have TV & Cable). But, I was wondering if anyone knows how to uninstall it so I can get back to the old modem. Thanks in advance for your help.

Aruba has a feature called "Network Extender". They are free. If you run the Network Extender, it creates a virtual NIC card on your PC. Then, all your network activity will be redirected over to the Aruba Virtual Network Card.

Once installed, Aruba automatically launches at system startup (just like a floppy disk) so that the program runs in the background, and will even start if you boot from a live CD or USB. You can also open the program once you are connected to the internet.

With the Network Extender installed and running, the Network Extender icon is an arrow with a circle around it. Click on it once it has started, and then click off it again to close the program.

I recommend that you install Network Extender. Then, just uninstall the Aruba program.

Thanks, I did everything you said, except I didn't get the yellow triangle at the top of the screen, even after I clicked off the green arrow. It's ok, because I guess I still have Aruba. It's just I just don't know how to remove it from the PC! Do you remember how to get it to quit running at system start up? The first time, I had trouble getting it to stop loading, so I shut down the computer and turned it back on. Then it kept on running. This was because I had the yellow triangle at the top of the screen up. So, I just removed it. Did I do it right?

Well, thanks for all your help, I guess I can wait until someone else comes along and helps.
