If there is a yellow Payment icon next to the Billing Period box, it means you made a payment recently, and that the bill is on time. It is ready to be paid.

If the payment status icon is red, then the entire bill is past due. There is no grace period before you will be charged for a late payment. In that case, you may wish to start a new payment cycle.
