How do I change my Family Link child account to normal?
The account is locked and they are saying you have to contact customer service.

I'm having an issue with a billing dispute on my Family Link email account. What should I do? What you need to do first is to take a deep breath and have a cup of coffee, because there's quite a lot of stuff that can go wrong during dispute resolution on your email account. You'll first want to check out the steps here that will help you get started: Here's how it works in more detail: We all know that emails and their attachments are sometimes confusing to read. So FamilyLink provides you with 2 ways to process these emails. One you can review the subject line of the message to see if you are able to resolve the dispute right away, while the other method is to create a new dispute with a new message that says you did not receive the message sent to you via email. For the first email, FamilyLink sends you an email telling you that this message has been successfully processed (which means we are aware of the dispute and we're working on it). For the second email, a new dispute message will be created. If you need us to review it, give us 48 hours after sending the email. We work on processing every email the same way unless you specify to have it processed differently.
How to remove child from Family Link without deleting account?
If I am not the parent of this child, but someone in my family is the parent, what would be the best way to remove the child from this account?
I did not make an account, this is what I see on my account page: So I don't want to delete it and lose all of the data that it has, but if I can't remove it then how do I prevent the child from being added to the account? I looked around at the FAQ but I am not sure what they are talking about when they say, "Once you link your account with your child's account, your child becomes your child." Is that right, that once I link the accounts, I can't remove the child until I go into the Family Link screen? Or am I misunderstanding that section of the FAQ? If I really want to do this, can I link the account to someone who isn't even a member of Family Link? Or does that mean he can't do anything either? What you are looking for is called "Family Link Enrollment". To ensure the parent and child are enrolled in the same Family Link account: Open the Family Link application. Tap the Account Info tab. Under the Parent or Child Account field, choose the option that works for your account. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Add New Account. Tap the name of the account you'd like to enroll in Family Link and add the child or parent to it. Note: You can't enroll a child or parent in their own account. Your child or parent will need access to your account through Family Link. If you're not using the Gmail app, you can manually grant your child or parent access to your account. To learn more about giving family members access to your Gmail account, please refer to Help article: How to access your Gmail account through Family Link.
